2. Subscription and Payment

Manual Payment Process: OptiDZ uses manual subscription activation. There are no automated payment systems or payment gateways.

  • Subscriptions are activated manually after payment confirmation by our team
  • Payment is made through bank transfer or other agreed methods
  • Access is granted only after payment confirmation
  • Subscription renewals require manual payment and confirmation
  • You may request cancellation at any time by contacting support

3. AI Features Disclaimer

Advisory Only: All AI outputs are suggestions and recommendations only. They do not constitute professional advice and should be reviewed before taking action.

  • AI outputs are advisory and provided for informational purposes
  • AI does not make final decisions or automatically execute business actions

4. ERP Data and Client Responsibility

  • ERP connections default to read-only mode for maximum security
  • Any write capabilities require explicit opt-in and confirmation
  • The client remains fully responsible for their ERP data accuracy
  • The client is responsible for tax compliance, accounting, and legal obligations
  • OptiDZ does not modify, delete, or interfere with compliance-related data
  • All data access is logged for audit purposes

5. No Financial or Legal Guarantees

OptiDZ is a business intelligence tool and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. The platform is designed to help visualize and analyze data, but all business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user. We make no guarantees about business outcomes, financial results, or compliance status.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiDZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
